Tinguinha BJJ Academy Awards

A batch of awards for Tinguinha BJJ Academy. Each one is the academy's triangle logo standing on a wedge-shaped black base, with a red or gold resin logo and an engraved brass plate for the Loyalty, Founder and Pioneer awards.

The design started as a CAD model and a small laser-cut plywood prototype. For the batch, the frames and textured bases were 3D printed, the logos were filled with pigmented resin and trimmed by hand, and the brass plates were engraved on the laser in a jig that holds a full grid of them.
