These terms apply when you use this website or buy from RJA Custom Craftworks (“we”, “us”). By sending a request or placing an order you agree to them.
Requests and orders
A request is an enquiry, not an order. It becomes an order only when we have confirmed the price and timing and you have paid, or for pre-orders, when your payment is complete. We may decline a request or order for any reason, including the content restrictions below. If we cannot fill a paid order, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page, on the pre-order page, or in the quote we send you. Where a page says tax is included, the price shown is the full price. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your personalisation
You are responsible for the names, numbers and other text you ask us to print, and for checking their spelling. By submitting it you confirm that you have the right to use it. We will not print content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights (including other people’s trademarks and logos), and we may decline any request at our discretion.
What you receive
Our products are 3D printed to order. The live 3D preview shows the shape and layout of your item; colours on screen, fine layer lines and small variations between pieces may differ slightly from the finished product.
Production and delivery
We give you an expected timing with your quote or on the pre-order page. School and group pre-orders are made after the order deadline and handed out as described on that page. Delivery dates are estimates, and we will let you know if anything changes.
Safety
Keychains are accessories, not toys. The split ring and small parts can be a choking hazard: keep them away from children under 3.

Our designs
The designs, artwork and 3D models on this website belong to RJA Custom Craftworks. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an item is limited to the amount you paid for that item, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
