Everything we sell is personalised and made to order, so our policy is built around the moment we start making your item.
Requests cost nothing
Sending a keychain request is free and does not commit you to anything. We reply with a price and timing, and nothing is made or charged until you approve it.
Cancelling
- Before we start making your order: cancel at any time for a full refund.
- School and group pre-orders (such as a school or team keychain): cancel any time before the pre-order closes for a full refund. Once orders close, production of the whole batch begins and orders can no longer be cancelled.
- After production starts: because each item is made for you, we cannot cancel or refund it unless something is wrong with it (see below).
If something is wrong
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or does not match what you approved because of our mistake, contact us within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo. We will reprint it at no cost or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.
Please check spelling carefully before you send a request or order: we print names and numbers exactly as you enter them, and items made with a misspelling you supplied cannot be refunded. If you spot a mistake before we start printing, tell us and we will fix it for free.
What is normal
Our items are 3D printed, layer by layer. Fine layer lines, small variations between pieces, and colours that look slightly different from your screen are part of the process and are not defects.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
